Graph above shows the daily fuel consumption average of Xair’s 250kVa SmartGEN vs a conventional genset of a similar size in a 1000 acre plantation in Peninsula Malaysia. This genset was turned on between 14-16 hours daily. The peak was on day 5 with a total power of 789 kW per day and lowest point was on day 10 at 315 kW per day. In comparison with the conventional genset, Xair Gensets are 27% more efficient, saving this plantation 1752 litres of diesel for that particular month.
Graph shows a before & after data of a 40kVa installation for an island in Borneo. The savings showed approximately 56% savings in comparison to hourly fuel comparison. This site was only turned on 12 hours daily. Every month, Xair SmartGEN saved this island 1,440 litres of diesel.
Both before and after Gensets are not equivalent as previous genset was over capacity for required load. This gave the total savings of 58%. Xair SmartGEN saved this conservatory approximately 1,209 litres of diesel every month
